Q. How do I book my entertainment?
A. Please e-mail your enquiry or telephone the office. We will then confirm theiravailability with the artiste and subject to the artiste being available secure the datewith the artiste concerned
Q Will I receive confirmation in writing?
A. Yes, all bookings are confirmed in writing to both the artiste and the client. Contracts are also issued which are to be signed, returned and exchanged within 14 days.
Q. How do I pay the artiste?
A. The artiste is normally paid in cash immediately after their performance. A cheque payment can be made to the artiste on the evening by arrangement in advance. Alternatively you can send payment cheque or by BACS to us and we will forward payment to the artiste after your event.
Q. What does `Pick Up` on my confirmation mean?
A, This simply indicates whether the artiste is collecting cash, cheque or payment is a No pick up and is arranged to be paid through the office.
Q. What does `self contained` on my confirmation mean?
A. This means that the artiste will provide all the necessary PA equipment required for their performance.
Q. Do you have an out of hours contact number if my artiste has not arrived on time?
A. We have an emergency let down service for all bookings til 9pm every night of the week. If you telephone the office out of hours it will give you a forwarding number to call where a booker will have full information regarding your booking and will assist with your enquiry.
