On behalf of myself, the council, and all those in attendance on Friday night, we want to thank you for a truly wonderful evening. I certainly found a gem when I booked you. No dirty language, very, very funny and everyone in attendance had a brilliant night. Everyone praised your performance and then to do an encore was brilliant. Many said it was the best men's dinner they had attended in the last thirty years at the club and this was clearly down to your humour and how you worked the room. Thank you once again, Denny, it was a pleasure meeting you, and thank you so much for making the night one to remember!
Hello Denny Just a couple of words to say how much we enjoyed your performance at our charity golf day We simply never stopped laughing from start to finish and to entertain such a varied audience young and old, male and female, showed what a true professional and master of your trade you are. When I told my group that i was going to book a comedian for our annual Christmas dinner there were some questions asked, as most comics these days rely on foul language or vulgarity to get their laughs. I explained that I had seen Denny perform before and they have no need to be concerned and so it proved. To entertain us as you did for around an hour without once swearing or using vulgar humour was amazing. I can tell you that in a mixed audience of 50 people everybody thoroughly enjoyed Denny's performance and they all thought it was the best night we had. I have been involved in booking our entertainment for 50 years and Denny rates as one of the very best comics I have seen. He made the night very special. Thank you Denny.
l am just writing to express our sincere appreciation for a wonderful evening on Friday. lt was very refreshing to hare such a talented comedian who keep everyone enthralled and full of laughter and if I might add, a performance that outmatched those of others, who resort to crude humour!! Without hesitation I would recommend you to other parties thinking of holding their own functions.
Just to let you know , Denny Waters went down great at Warrington Golf Club on Saturday. He had us all in stitches with his stream of one-liners, within nothing too risky, no bad language and nothing to cause offense. Denny made the evening a great success.
