Soul Train is a Dynamic 7 / 9 piece band performing classic soul hits from the Stax and Motown labels including tracks from Aretha Franklin, James Brown, Otis Redding, Stevie Wonder, Wilson Pickett and Sam and Dave. Soul Train was formed by the three remaining members of the popular 90’s combo, Soul Fish. The Band now Features two powerful, male and female vocalist , who together bring an energetic, flamboyant performance with outstanding vocals. Soul Trains line up includes drums, bass, guitar, trumpet, tenor and alto saxes. These experienced musicians, some of whom have shared the stage with the great Aretha Franklin, Paul Jones, and worked for the BBC , recreate the sweet soulful sound of the late 60’s early 70s. Soul Train has the line up to deliver an outstanding sound and performance, that continue to impress audiences, transporting them back in time, with their fantastic renditions of timeless classics.

WOW what a fantastic band, we normally never have bands at our events, but what a fantastic decision to have them. Looking forward to rebooking the in the summer.
Always a pleasure to have the band perform at our festival, great band for getting the crowd going, and amazing vocals. Hope they'll be back with us for next year.
