Ray Parlour, or known to his fans as "The Romford Pelé", had a fantastic career as a professional footballer from 1992-2007.

Parlour played for Arsenal for a phenomenal 14 years starting as a trainee in 1989, he had his break through match against Liverpool in 1992 where he scored a penalty in their 2-0 triumph. His high energy performances continued and he thrived under the management of Arsne Wenger from 1996 as he became a regular fixture in midfield.

In March 2000, Parlour hit a hat-trick and then again just seven month later but one of his fined moments was in November 2003 as he captained the team to 5-1 victory beating Internazionale at San Siro. Ray Parlour holds Arsenal's record for most Premier League appearances at 333.
