The Soleil String Quartet is an all female string quartet based in the North-West of England, formed at Paul McCartney's prestigious music college 'The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts' after meeting as members of The Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. Perfect for Weddings, Parties, Corporate Functions or Events.

Since forming in 2014, the quartet have played VIP events for Liverpool Football Club and The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, been featured twice on Channel 4 as part of British Soap Opera Hollyoaks, and have performed at the Telegraph Cruise & Travel Show 2015 amongst many more performances. The Soleili String Quartet have also provided backing strings for high profile bands such as Circa Waves and The Christians in Grammy-award winning Parr Street studios.
They have also played at multiple weddings and private events, such as Liverpool John Moore's University graduation dinner and corporate functions for Carillion for the building of the new Royal Liverpool Hospital in venues including St George's Hall, The Anglican Cathedral, the Metropolitan Cathedral, The Royal Liver Building and many more.

Standard line up is as a quartet (4 members: 2 violins, 1 viola, 1 cello) however we are also available to play as a trio (2 violins, 1 cello) or as a duo (1 violin & 1 cello).

Well how lovely were the Soleil Strings at my tea!! The music was awesome, the girls looked beautiful and my guests loved the ambiance the music created. I want to thank you at Garston for your hard work and understanding of my brief. Your selection was perfect in every way.
