The NW Band are a four piece Vintage Band, perfect for Weddings, Theme Nights, Parties, Functions & Events.
The band comprises of female lead vocals, guitar, drums and bass (both electric and upright bass). Their music has a modern jazz, swing, rock n’ roll and rockabilly feel and so something for everyone! They are all highly experienced musicians and bring something fresh and exciting to the music scene.
This band is suitable for all occasions but ideal for 1950s styled weddings, events and corporate functions looking for an authentic rock n’ roll band to get everyone up on their feet dancing. The NW Band cover a range of musical styles from this era together with a number of contemporary and classic songs performed in a rock n’ roll way.

What a delight it was to see this band perform. So refreshing to see them playing in the style they do – so different from the normal “pub band” genres that I meet in the local music business. They are all fantastic musicians. I loved John’s guitar style with those slick jazzy chords and licks, but the equally spot-on Scotty Moore stuff. Brilliant! Nicola's vocals are beautifully tuneful and she can project the songs and engage with the audience throughout - and with a lovely smile to top it off! What a brilliant back line from Dave on the drums and Kurt on bass – superb! The four of you click brilliantly.
The NW Band have played at a number of our festivals. They are the real thing whether they are playing a festival in front of a massive audience or an intimate birthday party. They have the ability to get an audience upon on its feet singing along and really enjoying themselves and we have had lots of feedback afterwards singing their praises. They are highly skilled musicians and singers and produce high quality music. They always dress smartly and are professional, friendly and flexible. They have a wide range of appeal and go down well both with festival punters and nightclub audiences. On a personal level I have found that The NW Band are absolutely brilliant but more importantly they are really great people who will go out of their way to help.
I booked the NW Band for my mother’s 76th birthday party and to say they were a fabulous band is putting it too mildly. They had the place rocking and asked if I wanted any special songs on the day. They then learned songs that would not have been in their repertoire. They are very professional and made my mother's party a huge success. People are still commenting on them months later. I have booked them again and wish I had more events I could book them for. 10 out of 10 would be my rating for this wonderful, talented band.
