Yes. We provide an emergency support service until 9pm, 365 days per year for urgent matters relating to confirmed bookings.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 20% + VAT is required to secure your booking (unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation).

The deposit confirms the engagement of the performer and secures your event date.

Your booking contract will confirm the balance due date. Typically, the remaining balance is payable prior to the event.

For short-notice bookings, earlier or full payment may be required.

We accept:

• BACS bank transfer
• Major credit and debit cards
• Cheque (by arrangement)

Full payment instructions are provided with your invoice.

Recording, photographing or distributing a performance may require the performer’s permission.

If you intend to record or film any part of the entertainment, please discuss this with us in advance so appropriate consent can be confirmed.
